Florida Advanced Driver Improvement
The Advanced Driver Improvement (ADI) course is a 12-hour program typically undertaken for one of several reasons: to reinstate a driver’s license following suspension or revocation, to fulfill a state requirement after being classified as a Habitual Traffic Offender (HTO), to comply with a court order, to obtain a hardship license, to meet the criteria for a “3 Crashes in 3 Years” program, or to satisfy department-required attendance for an out-of-state ticket. Students in the latter category, who have received a letter from Tallahassee, should select “Other” as their reason for attendance during registration.
