Florida Basic Driver Improvement Course (BDI) – 4 hours
If you are found guilty of committing a moving violation, points will be assessed on your driving record, and if you receive too many points, your driver license will be suspended. Many people don’t realize that they can prevent this from happening by voluntarily electing to take our 4-hour Basic Driver Improvement (BDI) course, also known as Florida traffic school. Be sure to officially notify the court of your intent to take a BDI course prior to registration. Upon successful course completion all you need to do is turn in the completion certificate to the court or other appropriate authority before any applicable deadlines to keep the points from being assessed on your record.
