Behind the Wheel Training Program

At Newport Driving School, our Behind-the-Wheel Training Program offers 6 hours of hands-on instruction, meeting the education requirements for teenagers to obtain a driver license. Our training vehicles are all registered, well-maintained, and insured, ensuring a safe driving experience.

We provide two options for behind-the-wheel training:

• 6-Hour Private Lesson: A comprehensive, one-on-one program spread over three days.
• 2-Hour Brush-Up Lesson: A focused, one-on-one refresher session for those needing additional practice.

Additionally, our DMV Road Test Package includes:

• Pick-Up and Drop-Off: Convenient transport from anywhere in the local area.
• Vehicle for the Road Test: A fully-equipped vehicle for your test.
• One Hour Free Brush-Up Lesson: A complimentary session to ensure you’re fully prepared.
• Extended Service Areas
  Our regular rates apply to service locations within 30 miles of Newport Driving School’s headquarters. Locations beyond 30 miles may be subject to an additional travel fee. The fee is based on distance and travel time.
