Medical Driving Assessment (MDA)

Our one-hour driving assessments are tailored for individuals with medical conditions that may affect safe driving. Conducted by trained professionals, these evaluations include a behind-the-wheel assessment focused on key skills such as reaction time, coordination, attention, and judgment.
They are especially useful for those affected by stroke, dementia, Parkinson’s, vision or hearing loss, or other physical or neurological changes. Based on the results, we may recommend adaptive equipment, driver training, or alternative transport options.
We collaborate with healthcare providers and families to ensure assessments are respectful, thorough, and centered on the individual’s safety and independence.
